Three Summer markets in the Hautes Corbieres. organised by the Association Corbieres Sauvage.

Markets of local producers with an emphasis on organic production techniques.

Duihac Monday Evening 4pm  to 8pm Association Corbieres Sauvage

Cugugnan, Thursday evening, 4pm to 8pm. Association Corbieres Sauvage

Padern; Sunday Morning 10am – 1pm Association Corbieres Sauvage

As well as the Summer markets in the Hautes Corbieres. there are now two regular weekly markets.

Every Friday evening there is also an open ait market at Laroque de Fa 4pm until whenever the confinement allows. Organised by Court Circuit en Corbieres

Tuesday Morning, from 9am there is a ne local producers market in St Laurent de Cabrerisse in the new Distillerie market place, organised my the Mairie.

In normal times there is food and a bar, tasting from local beer and wine makers, music and other entertainment, these have all been curtailed but will re occur the moment the restriction lift, which looks likely to be a four stage rolling plan until July. We will do what we can to make them as much fun as possible.

All five of these markets have been created to promote local producers, given the confinement regulations at the moment, the ars and food options are limited but these will slowly be lifted as the Summer draws near.

Or so the Government says  but please try and follow the rules, if you understand them, as the Gendarmes are being a bit enthusiastic and have threatened to close markets where stand holders and clients don’t follow the rules. Which as far as I can see means wear a mask, no public sex and don’t get too drunk and or stoned.
