L’Aude a la Bio Couiza 3rd and 4th August

L’Aude  a la Bio is Nature et Progres Aude annual organic festival,held on the banks of the river Aude in the park at Couiza on the weekend of the 3rd and 4th of August. This year is the 21st edition of the festival.

Aude a la Bio brings together the key players in organic agriculture in the Aude, Nature et Progres, the Confederation Paysanne, Bio Sivam, the Chambre d’agriculture’s organic organisation,  as well as the environmental and ecological associations.

There are a series of conferences, that can be downloaded here Programme Aude al la Bio . As well as the serious discussions there is a local organic producers market, were we will be, as well as entertainment for the kids, a cinema and on Saturday evening a concert of local bands. Saturday lunchtime and evening and Sunday lunchtime there are a number of local organic food stands with organic trout freshly grilled, as well as a wide range or organic vegetarian and vegan menus. In the market are local cheese and wine producers.

For the first time in our 10 years of producing we will be in the market with our selection of organic aromatic herbs. We look forward to seeing you all there.
