I am looking forward to tasting our friend Dominique Terrier’s vins naturels, it is his first real year this year as he took over his 10 hectres of organic grapes late last year. Olivier Fouquet and Aline Costella from the Domaine des Pierre Bleues are our locals that have reopened the cave in Villerouge Termenes, their wines really have the caught the character of the Hautes Corbieres beautiful, if a little wild at times. Manuel Ramon’s wine from the Domaine de la Rune outside of Talairan are always worth a taste. The other nine winemakers I know less well but am looking forward to discovering.

In a couple of week and an enjoyable wine tasting a week on Sunday and I hope to know more,
