Second Rendez-vous des vins bio – Dimanche 6 décembre

After the first date was cancelled due to the attacks in Paris the 2nd Aude Organic Wine festival is back up and running next Sunday, 6th December 2015. Organic wine has really taken off in the Languedoc as independent wine markets look for a premium niche, as well as more environmentally friendly production techniques. The first wave of organic wine was frankly a bit disappointing but now that many of the growing pains of organic production have been over come there is an increasing emphasis on quality.

Next Sunday will see 22 local organic wine producers offering tasting of over 70 different organic wines. If you would like lunch may be an idea to book up early.
